- Budgets are arranged according to the period on the date of payment .
- For payments made in Turkish Lira, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Effective Sales rate on the day of the conference will be taken as basis.
- In order for the sponsorship process to be completed, payment must be made before the conference day
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after 3 August, 2026.
- Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization
- All reservations for sponsorships that are not paid by the specified date will be cancelled.
- All sponsoring companies must complete their payments prior to the start of the event. In case of delayed payment, a 10% interest per month will be charged on the total invoice amount.
