Registration Fee Included:

Registration Fee Excluded:
%20 VAT, dinners and food and drink services provided outside of the conferences venue.

  • Registration as “Student” or “Physicians in Training” required to submit documentation of student participants.
  • Please note that for wire transfer to the conference official bank account, the payment should be free of any bank deductions. The bank transfer fees should be covered and paid by the participants. In case of any deduction from the final amount reached to the conference official bank account, the participant will be asked to pay the discrepancy.

  • From Istanbul International Airport to the conference hotel transfers will be between the
    30 September – 3 October 2026, for all participants who notified in advance the transportation hours to Organization Agency before.
  • In case of time changes for transfers, please inform us at least 72 hours before your flight.
  • Please contact with Organization Agency for all your private transfer requests.
